I have spent the last week and a half studying my little brains out. No, I am not back in school. But I did get a job. I am now working at the Blue Mountain Smokehouse as a waitress. At least I'm training to. The smokehouse has an extensive training program, including a written test on every training day. It started off easy--numbering the tables--but has built up to yesterday's beer and wine tests and today's 80-question menu exam. Having never drunk a beer, and not being too familiar with wine either, I found the beer and wine tests to be harder, even if they were shorter. Thank goodness for the brewery and winery tours we did in St. Louis, or I would have been totally lost. I have passed all of my tests (so far!) on the first try. Tomorrow is my liquor test, though.
I do like this job. I know because time just flies by while I'm there working, even tonight when I was dishwashing.

That's exactly why I was never a waitress, and only a hostess. Those tests seem so hard!
Good luck!
