Yep, it's been a year already! My sweet baby turned 1 on July1. He is a very happy kid, and really only cries when Mom and Dad are leaving. He's an affectionate boy and is very generous with hugs, kisses, and cuddles. I call him my "over, under, and through" kid because if he can climb over it, sit under it, or crawl through it he will. He spent most of his birthday party under the picnic tables. At least when he wasn't eating cake. And Archer will eat cake--and everything else! Most meals he eats as much or more than his brother. He is a very mild mannered kid and doesn't get upset when he falls or gets knocked over. Developmentally he has a vocabulary of about 15 words, though he doesn't use them all regularly, and is starting to make sounds for different animals (cow, dog, lion, owl, sheep). He is down to 1 nap most days, but sleeps 12 hours at night. He weaned himself off of his bottle and now uses only a sippy cup. And...he's walking! He wasn't walking on his birthday yet, but now, a week later, he can walk halfway across the room.
